Last Thursday, I rang up the flower store to get a surprise bouquet for my husband who was returning from a work trip. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. He recommended that I buy a wrap since I already had a vase and told me to come over during the weekend to pick something out. Saturday morning, I went to the store, but I misread the store hours and arrived two hours early. However, I walked into the store, which was still dark, and found Jessica, the store owner, having breakfast at the back. I apologized for the inconvenience, but she was so patient and gracious with me. She helped me choose the perfect flowers and took my order right then and there. She said she would need twenty minutes, so I left to grab some breakfast and returned to the most beautiful flower arrangement that made my heart skip a beat. Jessica also taught me how to prepare the flowers and tied them up, so all I had to do was cut them and place them in the vase. All of this while her breakfast remained uneaten. I thanked her with gratitude, but she said that it was her pleasure to help. This kind of service is rare and truly remarkable. I will definitely be going back to this flower shop again and again. I gave a holiday party for our company and The Flower Cart outdid themselves. I found a picture online and asked if they could re-create the centerpiece. Everyone raved at how incredible they were. It was my first time using them and it will not be my last. Everything about this transaction was seamless, even the events manager at Wrigley's Mansion was blown away and said she was going to add them to her preferred vendor list.
I worked with Alexia to create a fresh flower arrangement for my mother’s memorial grave recently. I had purchased delightful bright, paper Monarch butterflies in a pack of four different sizes on Amazon. They came attached to a delicate stake to be inserted into the vase. Here is the finished product below. The butterflies really made the bouquet more interactive. The wings fluttered once installed in grave vase. I needed to pick up flowers prior to the memorial service, outside of weekday business hours. Jessica agreed to meet me before 10 am, as my bouquet wouldn’t fit inside my refrigerator the day before. I am very pleased with the wonderful customer service and how well they work with customers for their floral needs. Thank you, The Flower Cart! PS.
